No. While the firm is based in Bengaluru, many assignments can be handled digitally for clients across India and for overseas Indians or businesses with India-related requirements.

Can you manage both accounting and statutory compliance?

Yes. The scope can integrate bookkeeping, monthly closure, GST, TDS, payroll, financial reporting and management review, subject to agreed responsibilities and access to records.

Do you assist with tax and GST notices?

Yes. We review the notice, reconcile the relevant data, prepare the factual and legal response, organise annexures and support representation or appeal as agreed.

Do you provide virtual CFO services?

Yes. Engagements may include monthly financial review, MIS, cash-flow planning, budgeting, profitability analysis, internal controls and management or lender reporting.

Can you assist with foreign shares, RSUs and overseas income?

Yes. We support tax computation and relevant foreign-income, foreign-asset and tax-relief disclosures based on the applicable law, statements and exchange-rate rules.

How is professional fee determined?

Fees depend on the scope, complexity, transaction volume, condition of records, timelines and responsibility involved. A written scope and fee proposal is shared before commencement.
